The contact center market is dynamic; we've seen many changes; the passion for our customers always remained. We aim to give our customers total peace of mind regarding providing them with the best innovative and intuitive software.
You will be responsible for advising our partners and customers. Always aware of market developments, including Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business solutions. You deliver support with creating quotations, presentations, and demonstrations. You identify new opportunities and together with the partner and customer, you'll think the best solution to go forward with.
We need you to be a strategic thinker, with a hands-on mentality who can deliver advise proactively.
You attain the ability to supplement our development team with your positive contribution.

This is a challenging role in a dynamic and international work environment, with the freedom to determine your own methods to achieve your goals (within some framework). We will provide you with all the tools you need to outperform yourself, such as a laptop, smartphone, pension plan, lease car, market-rate salary. This full-time function you are part of the sales and marketing team, and you report to the commercial director.
